With Dial tunes from 3 are callers charged whilst my number is ringing
and playing the caller the dial tune?

I heard a rumour which suggested this...should be easy to test if you have
access to a pay as you go mobile?

I have Your calling Gary & The Importance of Being Idle dial tunes. They
are stupidly vain things to use, but bugger it.
