Any branch of Dick Smith Electronics (bit like Tandy was) should help.
I have a Telstra PAYG SIM, but last time I went, I went to top it up
and found a deal for new phone (Motorola T190) and $200 calling credit
for $79! Bought a new phone rather than topped up!
Used the $200 before I left, so good deal!
