PUK codes on old nokia 7230

| got an old 7230 that I put an o2 free text sim into an while I was messing
about with it trying to set a pin request up I managed to lock it up
requiring a PUK code. now who do I contact for the PUK code..voda who the
phone was originally supplied by or O2 who supplied the sim
Thanks for any help in this matter..
Oh by the way what is the standard nokia code for the pin request?.

PUK is a Sim function
O2 automated PUK code finder on 0870 4443333 option 2
If an O2 online sim, put say 07719 654321 on first phone number request
Then your real O2 online phone number when into PUK request

Pin is a function of the Sim
Nokia default security code is 12345
