Nokia 623 - DCT2 or DCT3 or DCT4 ?

| Hi,
I am considering unlocking my Vodaphone Nokia 6230, but cannot tell if it is
DCT2 or DCT3 or DCT4?
This information seems to be needed for the free unlocking software
available on the Net. Could someone please briefly educate me on this
matter!
I've unlocked a couple of old Nokias this way in the past and a few LG
8120's with cable and software. Thanks in advance.
