Can a K750i be debarred? I see them all the time on ebay and want to get
one, they say only for sale outside uk. Any ideas, willing to pay obviously!

Thanks for any input

Yeah, and then we can all buy all the goods cheap on eBay, get a nice
cheap car from the insurance company and take a share of the cash taken
from the account. Everyone's a winner, right?

Surely someone is a victim somewhere, having had their K750i stolen? Is
it right to buy it cheap then seek to unlock it and use it? You can't
even argue the person had insurance, as so many mobiles aren't insured
(or maybe, the victim therefore deserves to lose out for being so
stupid not to get insurance).

Still, as long as people buy them, you can be sure that mobile phone
theft will continue to go up, not down as it seemed to be doing at one
point (before the police became more interested in terrorism).

Not every phone is stolen. Most are lost. Some are even barred then later
found by owner who dosent know you can unbar or cant be bothered.

Largest percentage are deffinitly lost tho.

If it's lost then found, and there's no insurance involved (they would
own the phone once they paid out) then surely it can be unblocked?

I appreciate that this isn't always easy to do, but on that basis, I'd
at least expect the seller to be able to prove this to the buyer
(paperwork, invoices etc). I know networks can be a right PITA in
unbarring 'found' handsets.

My turn to play guessing game.

Your are below average intelligence.
Probably in bed as I type this as you have school in the morning.
Can't get a contract as you're too young.and can't figure out how to get one
on contract with cashback with your parent(s) signing for it.
Want a cheap fancy mobile so everyone in class thinks you're a great guy and
the girls will think you're gorgeous.
Spend most of the evening chatting on MSM and looking at porn.
Will get mugged at school for your new phone..

WHat the hell does de-barred mean?

If you mean "can I change the IMEI to get round the blacklist" then the
answer is no.

If you want a K750 then go any buy one, they're only £150. Or can you
not afford that much? No? Then buy a lower spec phone.

Thank you Jon, that's all I was looking for, somebody to answer a simple
question.

Much appreciate it!

You are cleaver, I was in bed when you wrote the last response to my simple
question.

I am very concerned with the content of your mails to this forum and believe
that I am being "groomed", I think that's what newsround is calling it!

You mail address indicates that your have a deficiency in the gentiles area
and now you are trying to get me to confess to being under 16 years. I have
heard of people like you but thought that the tact you use does not prove
fruitful in the grooming process.

May I recommend Gary Glitter autobiography for some tips?

Love and hugs,,,, the boy who got away!

Heavens to betsy, I feel I have met my intellectual match on here. I
withdraw unreservedly from the conflict.
As a final point, I am clever and not cleaver as you state unless that is
some hip-with-the-kids putdown for 13 years olds.
Have a nice life.
