| My Orange contract came to an end on the 17th. my usual billing date was the
3rd of the month. On the 3rd March I as billed for the full period till the
2nd April. Will my closing bill be sent after the 3rd April now or should I
have received it by now? Obviouldy, Orange are now due me half a months
rental!

In my recent experience I had to wait until the next billing date to see
the credit on the account and a refund followed a week or so later.

Have you cancelled your contract? IME they will just continue billing you
unless you explicitly cancel.

It will arrive at the same time during the month that it did when your
telephone was active.

Yeah, cancelled it on Feb 17th and got a letter from them a week later, sim
died at lunch time on 17th March.
