Author O2 Billing Question

Hi,

Sorry for a silly question but I cannot find a (free) number to call
the billing department of O2 from my O2 handset.

Does one exist?

All other mobile companies that I can think off have a free number
from the handset (Vodafone is 191 etc.)

Thanks

Don't think there is one for free - which isn't a bad thing as it makes
people think before they call, and hence its quite easy to get through,
instead they have a 0870 number which comes out of your inclusive minutes

202 also works (not sure if it does with O2 online though we only sell
normal O2 retail)

I can confirm that both 100 and 202 can get you through to billing at
no charge from an O2 contract phone. I have used both and checked.
