and I almost forgot

If you are on O2 Online you may have trouble getting to phone anyone, but
might get through by email.

If you are not on O2 Online then you may have trouble trying to email
anyone, but might get through by phone.

the two departments are almost fanatical about not talking to each other.

Make sure you print out the T&C on the day you enter into any agreement...
