clubmobile- getting rebates?

I am owed two lots of rebates from clubmobile as is my girlfriend. The
first rebate was due in January and still has not been paid. I had a
webchat with them last week and they said:
Andrew: There as been a back log of 1000 refunds,that were processed from
customer services,but were not being financed by our finance dep.
At over £100 each rebate that adds up to over £100 000 by my reckoning.
Anyone else owed money?

I would threaten country court action. only takes 30 quid.
i think they will file bankrupt soon.. up to you.
