I sent the 4th bill for a refund about ten days ago - received a
letter and a cheque from Carphonewarehouse this morning! I was stunned
by the quick response considering what I have read here. Is this CW
influence now?

OSPS have always refunded me in a similar timescale. I've never had
cause the chase them.

I've found OSPS to respond quicker than E2SAVE.

Got the 2nd and last payment from e2save/CPW yesterday a month after sending
in last bill and much quicker than the 1st payment 6 months ago.

I received mine 7 days after sending in the claim, usually was around 30
days before. Also emailes Customer Service a week before claim was sent in
and received a reply within 24 hours. Looks like the CS is improving at
last!

i believe they have a new system so claims sent recently should be
processed much quicker.
