My experience was a bit different. I had Orange World on my ED50
contract. Cancelled the contract, got a final bill, but have now
received _two_ bills for the £4 for subsequent months. Nothing else is
on the bill- no ED50, no EQ Virgin, no YP 30- I'd cancelled them all.

Maybe both. I don't mind mistakes- what irritates the hell out of me is
the difficulty correcting it. I'm pretty cool on the phone, and like to
think I can explain the situation pretty well. My CS experience with
them has been awful on this- which is why I now refuse to talk to them,
and have written instead. First class arseholes in my opinion- sorry.

I used the Registered Office address at the back the bill. I'll be
surprised if it is even read. Orange Customer service is on a permanent
holiday.
