O2 - Impressed!

I just have to say how impressed I am with O2. My phone (N70) started
failing last week. Eight months into my contract my phone started freezing,
refusing to answer calls, restarting everytime I received a text message. I
rang up O2 who said I was to send the phone in and they would send a
refurbised one back. I sent my the phone off on Thusday and received the
"refurbised one" on Saturday! The "refurbished one" works flawlessly and it
looks brand new! The one I sent to them had 8 months of where and tear on
it!

I've been a customer of O2 for three years now and couldn't be more pleased
with the service I have received from them! It seems more and more
infrequently these days you deal with a company that cares about their
customers. Mainly speaking from experience with ISP's and insurance
companies!

Thought I'd just let you all know! In my semi intoxicated state!
