Any phone shop that advertises such services, any market or car boot sale -
also some phone companies advertising on the Internet. It costs around £15.
Best getting any branding taken off too.

I think you'll find they can't
Take branding off, yes, unlock no, not unless they have
someone with access to the service provider database
emma3 + auth dongle (se service solution, only available to SE service
centres)
or if they desolder flash, read/write then solder flash back, which I
personally would want more than £15 for and I very much doubt someone on a
boot sale will do!

As others say
Few people can unlock, but these are SE service centres not Unlocking
companies. A lot of people can flash firmware tho ... but unlocking is more
tricky.
Contact 3 ...
Hopefulyl a solution will be available soon as I have the hardware and a
K800i myself ;o)
