| Hi,
Daughter would like to use O2 network but we have a problem!
Two phones, both unlocked "say enter subsidy code" when we try to use
the sim, both work on various networks.
Any help on how to solve this would be great.
Thank you.

The phones need to be service provider unlocked

Thanks fo the quick reply Steve :)
Moto E398, I unlocked it online a while back, via a USA GSM site, was
ok with Orange and T-Mobile.
Nokia 5210, just got today infact (my own), shows as Orange (startup)
but works fine with my T-Mobile and an old Orange sim (both PAYG).
The phone to be used is the Moto E398 ideally.
Cheers

| Since you said you have used 2 different provider's sims in it, it
means it's unlocked. Is it a subsidy lock it's asking for or a sim pin?

Hi, it is asking for a subsidy password, thanks.

| The phone is locked then. Have your provider unlock it or try a third
party.

Weird stuff, I unlocked it online yonks ago, but may have used some
firmware mallarky that has reversed it ;-)
Unlocked again online and it's fine now. Thanks again to yourself and
Steve.
