Sound level on N73

| My N73 isn't the loudest I have heard if I am listening to the radio or some
MP3's via the headset.
If I play it through the phones speaker it is absolutely blaring.
Is it just a feature of the phone or should I buy a better stereo adapter
than I have (Nokia AD-49 )?
Cheers
Steven.

I've noticed different sound levels depending on what application you use.
Real player seems to be the worst, the built in radio player and S60
Internet Radio are loudest, the music player, DivXPlayer, Flash player all
seem fine, but would like louder.
Built-in Music player I went into the Options>Audio Settings and selected
the loudness ON and messed about with the equalizer to get the best sound.
I hate the supplied headphones with phones, so use the AD-49 Adaptor and
Sennheiser PX200 headphones.

Thanks Gerry.
Your version must be different from mine as in the built in music player I
don't have audio settings in my options and can't find a "Loudness"
anywhere.
I've messed about with the equalizer but it doesn't really increase the
volume that much.
Shame really as I've just come from a SE w800i which was great for music and
radio.
Cheers
Steven.
