| Dear all,
I've just got a 6 months contract with Virgin through e2save.com.
Here is the offer
http://www.e2save.com/virgin-mobile...-Card/VMOBPMSIM
It's a redemption in 2 parts of =A345 each time where I have to send the
third and sixth monthly bill.
Now, I am wondering how to fill out the "Claim Vouchers".
I know it sounds like a stupid question but I don't want to make
anything wrong to lose the redemption.
The first voucher looks like
********************
********************
********************
******
Claim ONE
Transaction number..................................
Cashback Claimed....................................
Mobile phone number.................................
Please detach this and attach to your relevant mobile phone bill,
before posting to;
e2Save Cashback Claims, PO BOX 462, Crewe, CW1 9DY.
********************
********************
********************
******
My questions are:
1=2E Is it correct when I put in =A345 in the line "Cashback claimed"?
2=2E With this contract I had received a new phone number.
But I would like to keep my old number. After transfering my old
number which number do I put in the line "Mobile phone number"?
The new or the old one?
Thank you!

www.saynoto0870.com Look up their customer services number. Ring them. Ask
them.

Well, thanks for your answer. I have tried this before I've posted my
question.
The customer service number is 0871 522 3400.
The alternative number on www.saynoto0870.co is 01509615993.
I've phoned them up but they claimed that they don't know anything
about
the cashback. Instead they said I should call their "dedicated
cashback team"
on 0871 522 3403.
For this number I cannot find any alternative number... :-(

Ring OSPS then, they are a division of CPW and their cashback procedure is
identical. I know because I have just been through one, just I don't know
what happens if you change your number.
