Author WARNING: O2 charging incorrectly for calls to Jersey Telecom mobiles

I made a six minute call to a number on the 079370 range.

079370 shows as being allocated to Jersey Telecom with charge of
30/20/10ppm.

I argued with O2 that it should be inclusive as:
1) It's not shown as a special number at http://www.o2.co.uk/specialnumbers
2) No precall announcement was given advising that it was a non-standard
number.
3) It's a normal mobile number.

They have now credited the amount back.

Jersey / Guernsey have always been treated as foriegn by the networks,
When you go there they charge you roaming charges.
