Author Virgin Mobile: Inclusive minutes for calls to Germany?

Good evening,

I'm having a contract with Virgin Mobile.

Since I'm currently not using all the minutes in my
package I'm wondering whether I can use these minutes
to make calls to Germany?

More precise, does anyone know a number
(*not* starting with 0845, 0870, 0871, 0844, 07744
or 07755) which allows me to make phone calls to
Germany using my inclusive minutes (so I'm not
being charged extra)?

Thank you,
Caren

You can use an 020 number here http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php to
call Germany but you will pay 1p/min to 18185.com for calling Germany. I do
not know of anyone offering an 01/02 number that will give you free calls to
Germany, there would be nothing in it for them.

Other ones are:

You will certainly be charged extra for the 08 numbers.
They state the charges on their web site.
I think you will also, very likely, get charged for the 07 numbers you
mentioned too. If you can view your recent calls on line then you
could make a short test call and check it out. You could also contact
them by email and ask them to state whether these 07 numbers are
included or not. I had a 'do' with BT Mobile on that issue. I got them
to state, in an email, that those 07 numbers were included in my plan,
even though I knew that on Vodafone (the same network) they weren't.
However, they sent me a large bill for calling the numbers and,
despite having it in writing, I had a b***** of a job getting
reimbursed withthe cost. I was just using the numbers to call 0870s.
They tried to wriggle out of their statement by, and I know this
sounds, and is, totally ridiculous, saying that, yes it was OK to
call these numbers but it wasn't OK to call numbers through them and
that was why they were charging me.

You could get an N95 and make calls to Germany for free. It's a little
bit technical how you do it and you would need to be in or set up a
wireless internet connection. I can use my works one :-)

My BMW dealer doesn't have any in stock. Where else can I buy an N95
and do they come both with manual and automatic transmission?
