| Does anyone know of a piece of software that can play a streaming windows media
station on a symbian (Nokia N70) phone?

You'll not find one, not yet. Coreplayer states it will be able to do this,
but hasn't released a version yet that will.
What radio station are you after, as I have found alternatives for some?
