Having seen the other companies go under it now looks as if Mobile
Outlet could also be heading in the same direction. I have a claim
outstanding that was delivered to them on the 14th September. They
initially denied receipt but it was sent special delivery and signed
for. Having told them that they found it and entered it onto their
system 9th October but have not acknowledged anything since.

I have a further claim on the same phone that was delivered to them on
the 30th October and they remain silent on that as well. So I now have
claims of five months bills outstanding with them and as there is no
response I have issued a letter before action.

We have four contracts through them in total and we have submitted
claims on two more of them so we will have to see what happens.
