Not quite -- Orange/Voda are just sharing at specific locations.
Three and T-Mobile are talking about blanket sharing across their 3G
networks, and removing some masts in areas where they both provide
coverage.

The way I read the Orange/Voda agreement sounded like full network
sharing, perhaps that is how it was intended to sound though?
