Does anyone know of a supplier that offers cheap PC to mobile calls.
14p per minute does not get you very far. In the US its 0.7p per
minute to calls to a mobile.

There is a very good reason for that. The recipient of a mobile call
has to pay to receive call in the US. Hence the cost of a call to US
mobiles is that same as that of landlines. In this country, thank
heaven, we don't have that system.

If you want to know about cheap Voip calls to mobiles try
uk.telecom.voip
If you are regularly making calls to mobile I would recommend you
ditch the idea of sitting at you computer to make calls, not a very
elegant way of doing things, and purchase an ATA (Analogue Telephone
Adapter) - again, for advice, go to
uk.telecom.voip
