Mobile / Landline Combo Recommendations

After working out that we spend £90 a month on two mobile phones and fixed
landline, I'm looking for recommendations for packages to get the cost
down.

1) Bundling in broadband isn't an option - we're tied in for the next 9
months or so.

2) Not bothered about new mobile handsets and have a couple of basic
unlocked handsets.

3) We'd need standard BT features on the landline - 1471, second number
etc.

Any pointers?
