Callback service without mobile termination rate?

| Anyone know, please, if there are any callback service providers left which
don't surcharge for initiating or terminating calls at UK mobile numbers?
Debitalk (sic) used to be one, but I have been advised they are no longer in
business.

not surprising really if it costs at least 4-6p wholesale rate (forget what
the actual figure is) anyone doing it for free is going to make a loss
