Author Orange Phone Number to convert Contract to PAYG - SIM Received

Hi,

A few weeks ago I rang Orange to convert from a contract to PAYG at
the end of 12 months.

They have now sent me my SIM card but omitted to include the number I
need to dial to swap over from contract to PAYG. I just tried ringing
150 but spent so long listening to music and how busy they were that I
gave up.

Can anyone let me have the number I dial to get through to a person
who can make the change for me? I have done it in the past and seem to
remember it was one of Oranges usual 07973 100nnn numbers.

Many thanks,

Roger.

It was on about the 3rd page of the manual included with the SIM card.
It had a section detailing which number to ring if it was a contract
to PAYG migration as it's different than the normal PAYG registration
number

My replacement PAYG SIM card came in a white wrapper rather like the
original contract SIM at the start of my contract. There was no
documentation in the envelope, hence my reason for asking.

Despite my concerns that I may have been sent a contact SIM by
mistake, I was able to register (and now have it working) via the
number that Jon kindly provided.

Roger.
