Im with O2 just now and like the customer service i.e if my phone is faulty
i send it back and either get a new or refurb in a few days. However if
orange introduce a web and walk style package i will go with them.. Do
orange have the same policy on faulty phones ( i have had 5 faulty phones in
18 months!!)
