I know of this service. I have just tried it - it works fine -
http://www.connectotel.com/sms/mmail.html

But it can be a pain to type out long email addresses on a phone
keypad.

Is there an easier method?

(I have a large SMS allowance but no data allowance).

Many thanks.

Two options:

a) set up an alias

http://www.connectotel.com/sms/mmailfaq.html#alias

b) save a template message on the phone containing the email address
