Author 3's Internet Max now crippled beyond use?

Hi all,

I'd been happily using net access on previously my K610i and now W880i on
3 for quite some time to browse the web using the built-in browser and
read RSS feeds using the built-in RSS reader.

However, since Thursday morning, 3 seem to have made some changes to net
access, which has rendered it unusable.

1) An interstitial page appears *every hour* telling you that you're
browsing the web and might want to consider a data add-on, even if you've
already got a data add-on.

2) It appears that you can no longer access the net *at all* on 2.5G.

3) My phone's RSS reader no longer works, at all - every feed gives an
error on download.

4) Even if the RSS reader did work, it would trip up over the forced
interstitials.

I'm not impressed. Surely I'm not alone in noticing this?

I'm on the same data add-on and have none of the problems you
experience... net access as easy, and unlimited as ever whether on
2.5G or 3G. If I were you I'd call into Customer Services; seems more
like you don't have a data add-on at all.

Hmmm. Suspicious. I've had it confirmed on an online forum that other
people are seeing similar things, but in different ways.

My account page confirms I have "Add Internet Max" and I can happily
browse the web after clicking through the interstitial.

I'm currently waiting for second-line support to call me back over my lack
of RSS Reader.

I've been using 3 with my K800i for internet and RSS, also trouble
free until last Thursday morning. I have a Add Internet 10 add-on

Same here.
I have tried contacting Customer Services (they didn't even know what
RSS was), have emailed and used their online chat. All to no avail.
Does anybody know whether we are going to get RSS access back?

Thanks
