Dear All,

The question recently arose in another thread: does the WiFi access in
T-Mobile's fifteen-quid-a-month mobile broadband deal include any
roaming time to BT Openzone?

The T-Mobile website doesn't seem to say so - or to say not - but one
user reported using BT without any charges. So I emailed T-Mobile to
ask(I signed up yesterday) and just received this reply

"Thank you for your email about our hotspot service.

I'm happy to say that your hotspot subscription does include the 300
minutes roaming time per month on any BT Openzone hotspot. It cant be
used outside of the UK though I'm afraid."

I'll be keeping that email safe!

Good posting.

I phoned and asked the same question and no one at the T-Mobile call
centre could answer the question. In the end, I was told it would be £1
per 10 minutes - ouch! I have the same £15 a month deal as you and have
used BT Openzone a couple of times over the last 2 weeks and no chanrges
have so far appeared on my online bill, and this shows call activity in
real-time, so I can only assume the 300 minutes you mention is correct.
This would tally with the T-Mobile Hot-Spot only deal.
