If the Inland Revenue are allowed to "see through" one person limited
companies and directly tax company revenue as if it were personal income,
then why can't the Courts do something similar and claw back the monies
directly from the Directors. Or bankrupt them. Or whatever.

Why should they bother? "Premium rate watchdog fines firm £100,000"
is entirely an empty PR exercise. Phonepayplus has no way of making
the company pay this imaginary "fine".
