Am I missing something really obvious??!?

If I want to add a phone number from Safaria (or Mail) to a new
contact how do I do this?

What if I get a missed call. I now have the phone number (due to
caller ID). How do I then add this to a contact?

If it's a missed call how do you know who it was from, and therefore
which contact to add it to?
