Well, you may need some letter writing skills.
It's unlikely that anyone at CPW has the time to read a log winded
diary of your problems with OSPS.
However, it's worth a try and I applaud you.

More effective is writing to this forum and also passing on complaints
in writing to trading standards, BBC Watchdog, local newspapers,
national newspapers and even consider action through the courts
depending on your circumstances.

It seems like OSPS need to be sorted out as there are too many people
reporting problems on this NG and lots more
who are silent about their experiences. My own experience with OSPS
have been negative and I won't deal with them again or recommend them
to anyone.

As for CPW and OSPS, as a wholely owned subsidiary then CPW do have a
responsibility.
Mr Dunstone and the shareholders and board of directors need to be made
aware.

In terms of operations. Well the management seems to be different but I
guess that will change as they only recently acquired OSPS. Thats only
a matter of time I imagine. They already have common IT systems as
reported by all who have fell foul of mix
ups with credit card, address details. So they've already started some
work on integrating them into CPW.

A.

Ditto. I took out a contract last year and got put on the wrong contract (a pound or so more a month and slightly different text/data bundle): I spent a good few hours on the phone between vodafone "it's OSPS' fault" and OSPS "it's vodafone's fault" before giving up in disgust. I simply don't have the time to deal with that kind of idiocy, so instead of dealing with it I just let it slide. However once the contract expires (next month, I believe) I shall never deal with OSPS or Vodafone ever again. Geoff
